Mastering Artistic Anatomy, drawing workshop with Christopher Pugliese
October 21 @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm$115.00
Drawing New York Presents:
Mastering Artistic Anatomy, full day workshop with Christopher Pugliese
This workshop will improve your ability to draw the human figure with more natural proportions.
To draw the human figure well, we need to understand the major masses of the body; rib cage, head and pelvis. Developing an understanding of the planes and proportions of these bony volumes, as well as large muscle groups, simplifies the task of drawing the figure in action.
Christopher Pugliese has been drawing the human body for over 35 years and has taught drawing and anatomy for over 25 years. He has developed a simple system of proportions and structures that will help us draw the figure more easily.
Join us for this comprehensive workshop 10-5 pm on October 21 at The National Arts Club.
